If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange policy below.


Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

Cut Wootz guarantees all products to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects.

If your item is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at no extra cost, subject to inspection.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Accidental damage or modifications

  • Lost or stolen items after delivery


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item, or

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues (please check the size guide on each product page before ordering)

  • Items that have been used, sharpened, or modified

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)


Shipping Fees

  • All original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount


How to Request a Return or Refund

To start the process:

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed


Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
